Momentum by Sohee is a monthly workout program available to people all around the world. The workouts are updated monthly and come complete with warmup & exercise demos, workout tracking, news feed, and private form checks.

Choose between gym and home, 2-, 3-, and 4x/week lifting frequency, and full length or Turbo Mode (30 minutes or less!) workouts. You will need a variety of dumbbells and resistance bands (continuous loop or with handles, and mini-bands) in order to get the most out of the home version of this program.

“I have had so much transition in my life over the last few months and l am posting to say how grateful I am for the 30 minute workouts. It has kept me consistent through my only child’s high school graduation, a move to a new city, new job, the sale of my home and living on my own in a new apartment until my husband can come join me in the fall and my son leaves for college. I don’t know what I would do without these workouts. I’m seeing great progress even with the limited time crunch 3x per week. I love it and this is brilliant planning by Sohee and her team.”
