Momentum by Sohee is a monthly workout program available to people all around the world. The workouts are updated monthly and come complete with warmup & exercise demos, workout tracking, news feed, and private form checks.

Choose between gym and home, 2-, 3-, and 4x/week lifting frequency, and full length or Turbo Mode (30 minutes or less!) workouts.

Need an exercise substitution? We provide them for you.
